Day 21.... 39 Days to go!

I've been asked what I do for a warmup- this is basically it. Sometimes instead of run, I bring the dog for a walk before I start and that counts for my warm up.
Warm up stuff:

Joint Mobility
10- 20 Burpees
10 Pullups
10 Sit Ups
10 push ups
Samson Stretch
Run outside - down the street and back. I don't know how far it is.

Another Tabata workout today but tomorrow I'm mixing it up! On a side note, I LOVE my Gymboss Tabata timer! Excellent Purchase!


Workout: Tabata
dumbbell thrusters
sit ups
hanging knee lifts

I just want to say I hated this workout! It wasn't hard but I didn't feel like it. I've been hanging around all day watching movies, cleaning and then brought the dog for a walk and I just didn't feel like doing it. I even almost stopped half way through! Can you believe that?! But I knew I'd be okay if I just forced myself for a few more minutes. I'm glad it's over. :)
