Today's workout was short and sweet! I started a new position today at work and ended up getting there early and staying late!
I did 200 Air Squats.
And just to prove you can do something every day to get a better butt.... I did them in the kitchen while I was waiting for Olivia's noodles to cook.
My point is... it may not have been the workout I had dreamed of for the day.... but I wasn't going to let another day go by with a 'rest'! At least I did something and a better butt is on my list of things I want so I feel like I moved closer to my goal!
