Interest? Or Commitment?

There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.

I love love love this quote.
I have had to get familar again with Paleo and also found a similar concept called 'Primal' that I am reading up on now. I thought it may be helpful to post 'Paleo in a nutshell' for anyone out there who wonders 'Why?'.
I know how much better I feel when I am eating cleaner and although it takes a little more time up front, the reward is so great, I HAVE to get back at it. I feel sluggish and yukky. When I was home I really didn't eat much, as my activity level wasn't high and I was just laying here all day. Now that I'm back at work, I notice the afternoon candy grab and all sorts of other bad habits that I am slipping back into that I haven't done in years!
I'm done.
Truly.
You know the feeling when you are just done with all that and ready to get energy back, ready to get some movement in everyday.... that's where I am. To the point that I am thinking 'lock down' for 30 days. Watch here for more on that... and in the meantime, this is Why Paleo... in a nutshell.
