Day 11.... 49 to go!

Today's workout:
100 Burpees and ab crunches.
I have to be honest - I didn't feel like working out today! I meant to get up early and get 'er done, but I was so tired and knew I had a busy busy day today at the office. Then tonight I had stuff going on and by the time I checked, it was 7:30 and I still hadn't done my burpees. uggh. If I wasn't doing this blog, I don't know that I would have done them!! But I did... and I'm really glad. I can see so many changes in my body, even just over the past 10 days, so I don't want to lose the momentum.
It took me 14:08 and I did 25 ab crunches after the first 50.
