Today's workout is:
Vertical Jumps- Deep squat and pop up with my arms straight above my head
Push ups- on my knees still... whateves
Sit ups - butterfly style

I had help today from Miley and they neighbor dog that I was 'babysitting', Sassy.


So it's always fun when you are doing something like this, to see changes in yourself. I absolutely notice the changes in my head but today I saw a change in my side.... you have to look VERY close and be in the right light... and have a good imagination. Maybe that's why I saw it. :)
