Day 2 .... 58 to go!

So day two... I'm actually surprised that I'm so sore from the air squats yesterday! I'm glad I was able to keep the intensity up even though I was at home... working against the clock is good for that.
Todays work out is....
25 burpies
25 jumping pull ups

3 rounds for time. 12:35

To see what a burpie is, curse this day you found out and go here..
For jumping pull ups.. basically I can't do a full pull up on my own yet.. .almost but not yet. So I grab the bar and jump and pull myself up the best I can.

Then when I was done I did some abs:
50 Knee ups (hanging from the pull up bar, knees to the chest)
