Day 4...56 to go!

Thank you to all the Veterans out there and their families who suffer so they could/do fight for my freedom every day!
Here is one of my very best friends in my whole life... Dan Johnson, United States Army.

And since everyone needs a rest day... and I have vowed to go 60 days with no rest... I'm doing an ab day! ;) That way I could go one day a week possibly without having to take two showers. :)

Todays workout was: Core work.
2 minutes: butterfly crunches-61
10 seconds of rest
2 minutes: Bed Bugs (on back - arms and feet straight in the air and lay out flat, back up to straight in the air, alternating left arm w/ right leg etc.) You look like a bug I guess. -62
10 seconds rest
2 minutes: Bike crunches- 64 (counting right leg)
10 seconds rest
2 minutes: lower leg curls into chest - 24 I was dying by this point.

Thanks for following... see you tomorrow where I am going to try to follow the main www.crossfit.com site the best I can moving forward! Can't wait until Saturday when I can go get a 35# kettlebell! There are 56 days more where I can make amazing progress! I can't wait!
