Day 5... 55 to go!

Today's workout is 'Cindy'.

“Cindy”

Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats


I love Cindy for some reason - it's not easy but it's a work out where I can see improvement month after month, and that's always encouraging.
I completed 16 rounds - just short by 6 squats.
I don't have a band to assist me with the pull ups and although they are kipping pull ups, I can't get my chin over the bar yet. But an amazing thing happened! by the 10th round, I could see over the bar! Yes! Progress already in one week! I'm like Popeye! I'm going to go eat some spinach!
I feel good about keeping up my intensity even though I am alone - the clock and music really help.
