
Merry Christmas Eve Day!
Ahhh!! I'm back... I was sick and then holiday parties and fun events have kept me from posting... still doing some workouts but not as good about posting.
So today we start a count down until I leave for my Cruise.... we're down to the wire folks. :) I have 10 days to be bikini ready.
Today's workout:
50's!
50 Kettle bell swings
50 Butterfly sit ups
50 Burpries
50 crunches on the ball ( I do this less to work out and more because Olivia loves to sit on my legs while I do it and give me a kiss every time I sit up) :) And since I know that won't last forever... we do it whenever she asks. :)

I also did 20 pull ups while Olivia counted down from some random number. :)
