Cruise countdown - T minus 7 days
So today has been a day!I did the workout:
100 air squats
50 butterfly sit ups
more tomorrow-

Cruise countdown - T minus 8 Days!
Woot Woot!!
Today I did pull ups totally unassisted! I have been so close these past few weeks but never quite able to get my chin over the bar! It's a Christmas Miracle!
Today's workout - for time and then I forgot to start the timer. :o/
100 Air Squats
75 Butterfly crunches
50 Push ups
25 Pull ups
oh- and then a bunch of those kissing sit ups - Olivia was my counter during the work out and she asked if we could do those.. and you know how I roll on that! :) (see T minus 10 days for further explanation!)
