Today's workout was a quicky... I've really had to try and fit it in today because life has been so busy and we were sick for a few days!
Todays workout felt good to be back!
20 Kettle bell swings
20 push up
20 box step ups
5 rounds! 10:24
I also did a bunch of abs in anticipation of my vacation in a few weeks.... must. stop. eating. junk. Which is really hard with the holidays and all the yummy stuff everyone is bringing in. And it's harder and harder to fit stuff in with parties and everything we need to get done for the next days activities at school.
