Still have the stomach thing - thought it was over but back tonight. What am I eating that makes it worse? not sure...
Today's workout:
50 burpies
50 air squats
50 butterfly crunches
It's not as hard to do the workouts as it is to update the blog. With the holidays and parties and Livy activities I may consolidate blog entrys. Just fyi... still doing the workout, but posting maybe 3x a week instead of 7.
