
HOLY MOLY!
I haven't posted all month AND I haven't done much all month. What the heck happened?!
I don't feel good so I'm back at it.... plus this is turning out to be the greatest year EVAH and I need to make sure stuff stays intact!
Today's 'get back at it' workout:
50 of each for time:5
20# Kettlebell swings (which I need to return to my friend Laura)
Situps
Step ups
Push ups
Air Squats
Pull ups (I only got 20 because it's been so long I thought I would going to pull my shoulder out of my socket)
10:07 was my time.
I am DYING... totally winded and dying. But it felt really good to be back AND I forgot how nice it was to do at home because Olivia got in on the action. She held the timer and did some counting and then did pushups with me. I think it's good for her to see me working out and trying to be healthy.
I also did 1 burpie as part of my 100 burpie challenge that starts today.
