I need to get ready for the Warrior Dash!

1 Burpie, 10 Airsquats - 20 Rounds for time

Heading to the Bahamas on Friday and when I get back I'm going strict paleo again. This week I will do research and prepare!

This picture is me about a month ago.... hum... amazing the difference a month makes. :) I will return and eat less salt! :)
