I've had some friends ask me about Paleo...what it is and how to do it... so I thought I'd share the information and links that I have.
So here's the deal with Paleo - don't eat anything a cave man wouldn't have eaten. That's it. :) No dairy, my grains, nothing processed. You can cook your food- but it's basically everything super clean. Some people call it Paleo, or cave man diet, or primal eating.Eat when you are hungry. Eat anything on the list. Eat until you are full. And EVERYTIME you eat, eat clean protein.
It's pretty simple but since we are used to poptarts and everything else it helps to have friends that eat that way and lots of places to get recipes to be creative. Some people are SUPER strict- I am doing it as a lifestyle so I have a cheat meal once a week (go get Mexican food, have a Margarita) and I put creamer in my coffee, but for the most part I try and eat really clean.

Since you are eating so much produce, you will want to get organic but since I am cheap, I don't get organic on things with skins I don't eat (like bananas I just buy regular) here is a link to identify the 'dirty dozen' or foods you should get organic. http://www.foodnews.org/walletguide.php
