This is so exciting! I am going to get back into it and start trying to do some simple WOD's....
Today:
3 Rounds For Time:
25 air squats
25 kettle bell swings (10#)
25 crunches
My instinct was to do 5 rounds and add 2 more exercises but I'm not going to over do it and hurt my neck and be held back further. And as I type this, I promise myself I'll stop if I feel any pain.
I felt pain. My little neck can't handle the crunches. I'm going to regroup and come back at it another way. Stay tuned.

Oh jeesh, you stopped by the recipe blog which I haven't updated in FOREVER! Check out the fitness blog which I update about every other day. I'm actually thinking of canceling the Zone blog although we still eat Zone. Two blogs is a lot of work! :)
