"Heroes and cowards feel exactly the same fear. Heroes just react to it differently." - Cus D'Amato, boxing trainer

I did a WOD today, and although it was slightly abbreviated, it was still a challenge and felt good to not want to finish and finish anyway!
Today's WOD:

15 reps
5 rounds for time: 11:37
Air squats
sit ups -knees
Push ups
10# kettle bell swing

I think 11:37 was pretty good for not doing a real Wod in so long! The push ups were the only thing that KILLED me. The last 2 sets were hard and I had to rest between every two. Plus I did them on my knees.... but I am going to try really hard to get into full push ups really soon.

It felt GREAT! I had a moment this past weekend were I bought a new bathing suit and was making sure it was 'mom appropriate' so I sent it to Tom and I looked at the pic and my heart sank. Ik. He doesn't see it (luckily, or he doesn't admit it) but it is now my 'before' picture and I'm not sure I have the guts to post it on here. Maybe after things start going back where they were. Here is a version I will use as my 'before' for the blog....

my legs are seriously so different, and the definition in my shoulders is gone.... and there is a bit of a love handle there... it's okay, now THAT will hold me accountable! Now I will be able to watch carefully for improvements and I feel better that I worked out today!
