Winners expect to win in advance. Life is a self fulfiling prophecy.

Paleo Day 1!Today is the first day of the Paleo challenge- 3 months of paleo. Since the last challenge was only 30 days and it almost killed me, this time I decided to get the help of paleoplan.com. I'll be following that throughout.  They give me a shopping list, eating schedule and recipes.
On Sunday afternoon, I went grocery shopping. I have recently moved, and then was out of town, so I was out of just about everything!  I went to Publix and was able to get almost everything on the list and then headed to Fresh Market to get a few random things:  coconut oil, some nuts, unsweetened flake coconut (only sweetened at the publix!), almond butter and then will have to stop at Trader Joes to get some almond flour and agave.
So.. now that I have everything, I'm ready to go.
Today I had scrambled eggs, with roasted red pepper (that I roasted last night) and some sausage.  For snack some jerky, fruit and nuts and lunch was a chef salad with paleo dressing.  Dinner was fish with lemon and some spices and paleo slaw.  It was all SUPER easy and since I had everything for the week, I could mix out the meals depending on what I felt like eating.  Perfect!

Tonights workout was a backsquat series and a small metcon. 
I feel good. Not hungry and tired enough without being exhausted from the workout. 
Day 2 here I come!
