I completed my last 2 benchmark WODS for the Paleo challenge.  I'm exhausted but ready to start the challenge on Monday.  Tomorrow I'll hit the grocery and prepare everything for the week. This challenge, I'll be following Paleoplan.com.  You can click on the link to the right for more info on that.  I'll be blogging about how that's going - this challenge is 3 months, and last time was only 1 month and I just about died sticking to paleo the entire time.  I'm hoping this plan will give me some variation and make it easier for me.
