So this is now it's going to go.... I'm planning to do crossfit at home, proving you can get in a good workout with hardly no equipment, and track my results over 60 days.
In June, I did a 'lockdown' at No Excuses Athletics and was much tighter tracking my results. I ate strict paleo and had my bodyfat measured before and after. This time, we are just going by results in the mirror. I am going to eat healthy but 'normal' - not strict paleo this time - because I want to prove that you can improve your strength and live a better life simply by adding activity into your day, every day!
So- here starts the Journey! Follow me as we go along...
