Only burn bridges you never want to cross again.

So! Good news is I am feeling so much better and am hoping to get back on track with some kind of workouts. No crossfit for a while since my injury prohibits it, but the therapist said I can start with some Pilates and shortly Yoga. So I am doing some research and working it out and am excited to start with some new goals for CFC.... who may be Yoga Chick soon. :)
