Right now: The point where you let go of what you are & dream of what you might BE. Open up & imagine if tomorrow started today, because it does.

BenchMark WOD #1
500 M Row
40 Squats (butt to the ball!)
30 Butterfly Sit ups
20 Push ups (did on my knees)
10 Pull ups (red/blue band)
Time 6:06

I was exhausted. It's been a long time since I pushed that hard and I felt kind of sick.  I sat in front of the fan but it took a while before I could drive home.  Those are the best kinds of wods for sure.

Looking forward to starting the challenge.  I need something like this right now -  I'm good when I have something to focus on and have a goal!
